How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend at least 48 hours for standard jobs. Same-day and expedited dispatch is available subject to availability — an expedited surcharge applies.

What types of cargo do you transport?

Accepted Answer

Production equipment, AV gear, broadcast systems, cameras, lighting, audio racks, trade show exhibits, band and tour gear, motorcycles, and commercial freight. If it's valuable and time-sensitive, we move it.

Do you offer white-glove handling?

Accepted Answer

Yes. White-glove service includes extra padding, blanket wrap, and dedicated handling protocols. A 15% surcharge applies to the base rate.

Can you handle oversized or heavy cargo?

Yes. Oversized and specialty cargo is quoted individually. Contact us with dimensions, weight, and any special requirements.

Motorcycles are secured with professional tie-downs on an enclosed or flatbed trailer depending on the route and your preference. We treat every bike with the same care we'd give broadcast equipment.

Yes. Additional bikes on the same load are $150 each. Contact us for multi-bike pricing on larger loads.

Can you pick up or deliver to a dealership or storage facility?

Yes. We work with dealerships, storage facilities, private residences, and event venues. Just let us know the pickup and delivery details in your quote request.

Can you ship a motorcycle from Las Vegas to Arizona or Utah?

Yes. We run regular routes to Arizona and Utah. Single-bike interstate transport to AZ starts from $495 and to UT from $495 as well. Multi-bike loads and round-trips are available — request a quote for exact pricing.

Local motorcycle transport within the Las Vegas metro starts from $250 for a single bike. Interstate transport to CA, AZ, or UT starts from $495 one-way. All pricing is confirmed in writing before dispatch.

Yes. Las Vegas to Los Angeles is one of our most common routes. We transport production equipment, AV gear, trade show exhibits, and band gear on this corridor regularly. California regional mileage is $3.00 per loaded mile. Contact us for a written estimate.

Yes. We deliver and pick up trade show exhibits, booth materials, and display freight at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Venetian Expo, and other Las Vegas venues. We coordinate with on-site contacts and understand venue access requirements.
